Car & bike to Pickering and parked at the Trout Farm (GR 802852). £5 all day parking.
0900 steam train to Whitby arriving at approximately 1035.
Weather was bright with sunny periods but not too warm.
Train fare was £11 senior single, and £2 for the bike.
Objective was to cycle back to Pickering.
Bike in guardsvan secured with bungee.

This chap would not allow me to "wheel" my bike along the platform to take a photo. However, I gave him the slip and went around the outside of the station.
